Beautiful Living Spaces 

At Cambridge Village of Apex, residents enjoy the choice of five senior-friendly apartment styles, ranging from studio floor plans to expansive, two-bedroom floor plans.  Apartments include kitchenettes, with refrigerators, microwaves, and convection ovens and cooktops. And if you don't feel like cooking, three nutritious meals are served daily in our elegant dining room, Monday through Friday.  Saturday evening dinner and a wonderful Sunday Brunch are also included.

 

For your convenience, we offer month to month rent with no buy-in fees and no lease agreements.  All utilities are included in the cost of your rent (except telephone), making your transition to independent retirement seamless.

 

From Optional to Standard

Instead of a long list of optional features, Cambridge Village of Apex makes many of those features standard, enhancing your quality of life for the cost of your apartment rental:

Your health and well-being are of utmost importance, and Cambridge Village of Apex has established a variety of ways for you to stay healthy and active, physically, socially and mentally.  

 

To keep you active and engaged, we provide residents with access to a health club, staffed by Rex Wellness dieticians, trainers, physiologists and more. To get you moving on those gorgeous North Carolina days, we have provided beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces that feature lighted walkways and walking trails for your enjoyment.

 

In addition to physical activity, Cambridge Village of Apex also promotes a healthy social life, believing that fellowship and community with others make us live longer and stronger. We employ a full-time Activities Director and offer life-enriching social and recreational activities seven days a week. In addition, we encourage family and friends to visit, and residents often use our private dining area for special occasions.
